Returning an item
We hope you love your M.A.E pieces as much as we love creating them. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Accessories and sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Any items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return.
How to Return:
- Email us at maegirlsuae@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we’ve received your return.
Exchanges:
We are unable to exchange. Return only.
